We’re excited you’ve decided to join us. We’ve got some tips, suggestions, and recommendations to make your first time visit an excellent experience.

Events and COVID-19

The safety and health of the artists, staff, patrons, and volunteers is a top priority. Woodstock Arts plans to continue events as listed on our website while observing social distancing guidelines set out by national, state, and local authorities and encourages all patrons to take the necessary steps to protect their health. You can find current location-specific protocol below. While we would love to see you at an upcoming event, please stay home if you do not feel well! *Subject to change based on updated CDC guidance & recommendations.

Parking

Woodstock Arts has a large parking lot behind our Theatre & Administrative Offices.

In the event of overflow, Downtown Woodstock also has a public parking lot at Mill Street and Market Street (a short walk from our main building).

How You Can Help
We ask that, as much as is possible, patrons remain seated for the duration of the concert or performance. For artist comfort and safety, we ask that you please do not rush the stage.

If you’re mobile during the concert or performance (we don’t want you to put nature’s call on voicemail) please wear a mask until you are seated back at your table or chair.

While we would love to see you at an upcoming event, please stay home if you do not feel well! We will be happy to coordinate ticket exchanges!

Rain or Shine
This event is rain or shine. We rarely cancel a performance prior to showtime. If guests leave of their own volition and the show is not cancelled, no rain checks will be given. Tents will not be allowed as they will obstruct views for other guests.

*VIP Tables are 60″ round & seat a maximum of 8, Reserved & Premier Tables are 48″ round & seat a maximum of 6!

We encourage everyone to decorate tables as sometimes prizes will be given away for Best Decorations and Most Creative.

Table decorations may begin no earlier than 6:30pm.

Decorations may be not obstruct views of those behind your table. If you are requested to move an object, the judges will still count that piece toward your total table decorations.

You are more than welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy before and during the concert!

Due to GA Law: Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited, wine and local craft beer will be available for purchase at a non-event price inflated rate for your convenience and in a commitment to accessibility for all of the community.

Due to the intimate nature of our Event Green and for safety and the experience of all patrons, we can only allow Dogs in the General Admission Lawn Section. Dogs must follow Georgia Leash Laws and not disturb other patrons or the concert.

Woodstock Arts Theatre (Indoor Theatre Productions and Performances)

Cleanliness
All surfaces will be wiped down and sanitized prior to opening. Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the building.

Masks and Facial Coverings

Please note, masks will be encouraged during the production of Sister Act. Woodstock Arts may return to require masks if the CDC recommends indoor use or if the 7-day average of positive cases exceeds 3,000 in the state of Georgia, as this is indicative of a surge.

If Woodstock Arts does require masks for the above or any other reason, refunds may not be offered.

Intermission may be extended to accommodate guest needs as well as avoid lines and crowding.

How You Can Help
We ask that, as much as is possible, patrons remain seated for the duration of the performance. For the comfort and safety of our performers, we will not be doing a post-performance Meet and Greet in our lobby. We ask that you please use our parking lot to greet family or friends.

If you’re mobile during the performance (we don’t want you to put nature’s call on voicemail) please wear a mask and be mindful of those around you.

While we would love to see you at an upcoming event, please stay home if you do not feel well! We will be happy to coordinate ticket exchanges!
